Radish, Cucumber, Carrot, Parsley Smoothie
Radish smoothie is very beneficial for your body because of its nutritional content and delicious taste.
Radish contains many great vitamins and substances. It's filled with mineral iron and also protects the health of blood cells. Radish helps the brain to carry out its functions healthily.
This radish smoothie is also beneficial as a food source for the elimination of digestive problems.
1/8 cup of fresh parsley
1 scoop of lite ultra
Scour the radishes and peel off their rinds. Grate the radishes before you use them because of their rigid structure.
Scour the carrot and remove its heads. It would be best if you grated the carrot too in order to use it in your drink.
Put the fresh parsley with the cucumber slices, grated carrot and radishes in a blender and a scoop of lite ultra. Add one cup of water.
Mix all ingredients in a blender; you can add some ice cubes to reduce oxidation. Put your blended ingredients in a big glass; you can garnish it with a slice of lemon if you so wish. Your Smoothie is ready to drink; enjoy your delicious smoothie.
